The Peel Promise
Follow the Soak & Shed routine. If your feet don't peel, email us within 90 days and we'll refund you in full.
Definitely works! After a few days my feet started peeling a lot, and once the peeling was finished they felt noticeably smoother and softer. The process takes some patience, but the results were worth it
Not for open or bleeding cracks. Have diabetes or poor circulation? Check with your doctor first.
Why your heels keep getting rough
Old skin cells that should fall off stay stuck together and build a hard shell. Lotion and cream can't get through it, so they soften the surface for a few hours and then the shell is back.
Pumice stones, foot files and razors add friction, and your skin answers friction by building the hard layer right back up. You weren't failing. You were stuck in a loop.
PEEL'D does neither. Glycolic and lactic acid loosen the glue holding the dead cells together, and the whole layer sheds on its own within 2 weeks.
Will it actually peel, or just flake?
That's the whole point. The peel usually happens between day 3 and day 7, and by day 14 your feet are smooth. The first few days look like nothing is happening. That's normal: it's working underneath.
Two things make it come off in sheets instead of flakes:
- Soak every day from day 3, for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Skip lotion until the peel is done. Lotion can stop it from starting.
Very thick calluses can take a second round. And if your feet don't peel, you're covered by our 90-day Peel Promise.
Will it sting or burn?
Most people feel nothing, or a mild tingle, often on the tops of the feet. That's normal. If it ever burns, take the booties off and rinse your feet right away.
- Don't use it on open, bleeding or broken skin. Let cracks close first.
- Don't shave or wax your feet or ankles the day before.
- Have diabetes, poor circulation or a skin condition on your feet, or are you pregnant? Check with your doctor first.
How to use (the Soak & Shed routine)
- Soak your feet for 10 minutes and dry them.
- Wear the booties for 60 minutes with socks over them, then rinse.
- Days 1 to 3: nothing to see yet. That's normal.
- From day 3: soak for 10 to 20 minutes a day. No lotion until the peel is done.
- Don't pull. If skin resists, it isn't ready. Trim loose edges with clean scissors instead.
- Days 3 to 7: it peels. By day 14 your feet are smooth. Moisturize daily from then on. Peel, then seal.

Why nothing has worked
It was never a dryness problem.
Rough, hard and dry feet are a layer of dead skin cells stuck together. Once you see that, it's clear why everything you've tried wears off.
Cream and balm
Sits on top
Cream can't get through the dead layer, so it softens the surface for a few hours. By morning the hard shell is back.
Pumice, files and pedicures
Skims the top
Scraping takes off the outer layer, not the whole thing. Within a week or two it's rough again, and heavy scraping can make skin build back faster.
PEEL'D
Lets the whole layer go
Glycolic and lactic acid loosen the glue holding the dead cells together. The whole layer sheds by itself within 2 weeks, leaving the soft skin underneath.
Cream can't get through it. Scraping only skims it. PEEL'D lets it go.
A basic salon pedicure costs $35 to $50 plus tip, and lasts a week or two. One pack of PEEL'D is $29.99 for 3 treatments, about $10 each, and if it doesn't peel, you get your money back.
.What's inside
Every part has a job.
-
Glycolic acid
Loosens the hard layer
The same AHA used in face peels. It breaks the bonds holding dead skin cells together.
-
Lactic acid
Works gently alongside it
A milder AHA that helps the peel reach your heels, soles and toes.
-
Coconut & avocado oil
Smells good, feels soft
A spa-night scent instead of a chemical smell, and oils that keep your skin soft while the acids work.
-
One size fits all
Room for bigger feet
Fits men's feet too. With 3 pairs in every pack, there's enough to share.
How to use
Your 2 weeks, step by step
One hour of effort, then let it do the work. This is what's normal.
-
Day 1
Soak, then 60 minutes
Soak 10 minutes and dry. Booties on, socks over them, feet up. Rinse.
-
Days 1 to 3
Nothing to see yet
That's normal. The peel works underneath first.
-
Days 3 to 7
Peeling begins
Dead skin sheds by itself. Soak 10 to 20 minutes a day so it comes off in sheets, and don't pull.
-
Day 14
Baby-soft, smooth feet
The last bits are gone. Moisturize every day to keep them that way.
The one rule: no lotion until the peel has finished. Lotion holds the dead layer in place and can stop the peel from starting.
Thick calluses? Plan on two treatments. They're built in layers, so each treatment loosens the next. Do the second once the first peel has finished. With 3 pairs in every pack, you're covered.
Who's behind PEEL'D
Made with a podiatrist
Podiatrist
A note from our podiatrist
One question I hear all the time: "Why does the hard skin always come back?" Most people have already tried everything: thick creams, pumice stones, foot files, even razors.
Here's why. Cream sits on top of the dead layer and can't get through it. Scraping adds friction, and your skin answers friction by building the hard layer right back up.
That's why I helped create PEEL'D. Glycolic and lactic acid loosen the dead layer so it sheds on its own, with no blades and no friction. And because so many foot peels only flake, we built in the Soak & Shed routine: soak daily from day 3, and no lotion until it's done.
One thing I tell everyone: never peel over open or bleeding cracks, and if you have diabetes or poor circulation, check with your own doctor first. Healthy feet come first.

I’ve tried so many things, foot creams, rasps, special socks, etc. Some worked a little, but never quite got my feet back to normal. Well, now I have feet like a newborn baby!!!

Y’all. This thing is a LIFE changer. I’m not even exaggerating. On the morning of the third day, the backs of my ankles started to peel. I started to pull on the skin, and it came off in SHEETS.

If you’re dealing with dry, cracked, or callused feet, this foot peel mask delivers. It makes a noticeable difference and I’d buy it again — and recommend it to anyone who wants softer, smoother feet .

My husband and I both get pretty gross calluses and feet during the summer and doing these once a month helps so much. Usually takes 48 hours before peeling, unless our feet are really bad

I love to wear sandals and started worrying because spring was right around the corner. I decided to do something about it and bought this product. The very next day, it started peeling and three days later the results was amazing!!!

These are the only mask that works on my feet. It makes my feet peel a lot even though I have thick callus. The chemical peel is pretty strong. I recommend even if you have sensitive skin

Exactly 7 days after sitting in my dining chair with the booties on my feet they started peeling days after that, smooth feet success. Smoother than I ever achieved at a salon, actually

I bought two, and my daughter and I had a lovely spa day, and our feet peeled on cue 7 days later. It’s an amazing peel that leaves feet soft, but doesn’t go too deep. I want to to mention how good the customer service is

Yes, TikTok made me buy it. But let me tell you...I've bought it again and again. Every few months I use this and there's no substitute. I tried a different brand once I found at DSW and the results were not the same.

I ENJOYED PEELING THE DEAD SKIN, THOUGH WE ARE ADVISED NOT TO BUT THE END RESULTS ARE AMAZING AND IT LASTS!!!! I AM NOT A FOOT PERSON BUT I KEEP TOUCHING MY OWN FEET. I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN AND IT WAS GENTLE ON ME. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO BREAKOUTS

FAQ
Questions people ask before they peel
Most people worry about the same three things: will it actually peel, will it sting, and is it safe for my feet. Here are straight answers.
I tried a foot peel before and it only flaked. Will this be different?
How much a peel lifts depends on how thick your dead layer is, and on two things you control: soak your feet for 10 to 20 minutes every day from day 3, and skip lotion until the peel is done. Lotion holds the dead skin in place, and soaking helps it lift off in bigger pieces instead of flakes. That's the Soak & Shed routine.
If your feet still don't peel, our 90-day Peel Promise gets you a full refund.
Will it sting or burn?
Most people feel nothing, or a mild tingle, often on the tops of the feet. If it ever burns, take the booties off and rinse your feet right away.
Don't use it on broken skin, cuts or open cracks, and don't shave or wax your feet or ankles the day before.
When will my feet start peeling?
Usually between day 3 and day 7, and by day 14 your feet are smooth. The first few days look like nothing is happening. That's normal: it's working underneath.
Nothing by day 5? Don't give up. Keep up the daily soaks, and skip lotion.
Is it safe if I have diabetes or a skin condition?
Please check with your doctor or podiatrist first if you have diabetes, poor circulation or any skin condition on your feet, or if you're pregnant. We'd rather you got the all-clear.
If your feet are itchy, red, sore or scaly between the toes, it could be athlete's foot rather than hard skin. Ask a pharmacist or doctor before peeling.
Can I use it on cracked heels?
Yes, once any open or bleeding cracks have closed. Never use it on open cracks.
After that, PEEL'D softens away the hard, dry rim around the cracks, which is the part that can't stretch and splits when you walk. Moisturize daily afterward to keep it soft.
Will it work on really thick calluses?
Yes, but thick calluses are built in layers, so they can take two treatments. Do the second once the first peel has finished.
With 3 pairs in every pack, you have enough for both. And there are no blades or files, so nothing makes them grow back faster.
Does it smell like chemicals?
No. It's made with coconut and avocado oil, so it smells like a spa night, not a chemistry lab.
Is it messy? Will people see my feet peeling?
For a few days it looks messy, so wear socks and closed shoes and you're fine at work or the gym. Socks at night keep the skin out of your bed.
Don't pull the skin off. If it resists, it isn't ready, so trim loose edges with clean scissors instead. Got a vacation or sandals planned? Start about 2 weeks before.
Will the booties fit bigger or men's feet? Do they leak?
One size fits all. Adhesive tabs seal them at the ankle, and pulling socks over the top keeps them snug, so nothing leaks while you relax.
Each pack has 3 pairs, so you can share one with your partner.
How long do results last? How often should I peel?
Hard skin builds back slowly, so most people peel again every [2 to 3] months and moisturize daily in between. Only start a new peel once the last one has fully finished.
