Terms of service

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they mention: our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products.

2. Who can use our store

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is true and complete.

3. Our product

PEEL’D is a cosmetic foot peel for external use on the feet only.

  • Always follow the directions and warnings on the pack and on our Product Safety page.
  • Results vary from person to person.
  • PEEL’D is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Information on our site is general information, not medical advice. If you have diabetes, poor circulation, a skin condition on your feet, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or podiatrist before using it.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and packaging may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may change over time.

4. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it, and we’ll email you to confirm.
  • We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order. For example, we may do this if a product is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, we suspect fraud, or an order looks like it’s meant for resale.
  • If we cancel your order after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

6. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Prices can change at any time. A change won’t affect an order we’ve already accepted.
  • If a product is listed at the wrong price, we’ll contact you before shipping. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
  • Payments are handled by our payment providers. You agree to their terms when you pay.

7. Shipping

Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery takes 5 to 8 days after shipping. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and responsibility for the products pass to you when they’re delivered.

8. Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 90-day Peel Promise. You can return PEEL’D within 90 days of delivery, even if you’ve opened the pack, as long as the unused booties are still in it. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Discount codes and promotions

  • Unless we say otherwise, you can use one discount code per order.
  • Codes have no cash value and can’t be combined with other offers.
  • We can change or end a promotion at any time.
  • We may cancel orders that misuse codes.

10. Reviews, photos and other content you send us

  • If you send us a review, photo, video or comment, it must be your own honest experience and must not break anyone else’s rights.
  • You give us a free, worldwide permission to use, show and share that content on our site, in emails, on social media and in ads. We’ll credit you by first name and last initial, unless you agree to something else.
  • We don’t edit reviews in a way that changes their meaning.
  • We may remove content that is illegal, offensive, spam or not about our product. We never remove reviews just because they’re negative.
  • If you received free product, or you have a connection to PEEL’D, please say so in your review.

11. Emails and texts

When you place an order, you agree that we can send you order, shipping and customer service messages. You’ll only get marketing emails or texts if you’ve signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

12. Our content and brand

Everything on our site belongs to us or the people who license it to us. That includes the PEEL’D name and logo, photos, videos, text and design. Please don’t copy, reuse or sell any of it without our written permission.

13. Using our site

You agree not to:

  • use our site for anything illegal or fraudulent;
  • try to hack, overload or disrupt our site;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on it;
  • upload viruses or harmful code;
  • pretend to be someone else;
  • buy our products to resell without our written permission.

We may suspend or block anyone who breaks these rules.

14. Other websites and services

Our site may link to other websites and services, such as payment providers and social media. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their policies.

15. Mistakes on our site

Our site may sometimes contain typos or mistakes in descriptions, prices or availability. We can correct them at any time, and if needed we’ll cancel affected orders and refund you.

16. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, our site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product;
  • we’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

18. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

19. Events outside our control

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control. Examples include carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, internet outages and government action.

20. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem with your order or our site, please email us first. We’ll do our best to sort it out within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State / country]. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [location], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

  • If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer our rights under these terms if our business is sold or merged.
  • These terms, together with the policies they mention, are the whole agreement between you and us.
